Company feeds
Use Company feeds to configure repeatable feed profiles for the selected company workspace.
A feed profile describes how Actualog should connect to an external source or destination, what files or endpoints to use, how to authenticate, what schedule applies, and what import target the feed should process.
What the page is for
Open Company Workspace → Data Integration → Channels when you need to:
- enable or disable inbound feeds for the company;
- add a feed profile;
- set source key, direction, protocol, authentication mode, endpoint, remote path, file pattern, schedule, and import target;
- test a connection;
- run a feed now or run it once;
- save all feed settings.
Add a feed profile
- Select the correct company workspace.
- Open Data Integration → Channels.
- Enable inbound feeds for the company if required.
- Click Add source.
- Fill the source key and name.
- Choose direction, protocol, authentication mode, endpoint, remote path, file pattern, schedule, and import target.
- Use Test connection if credentials and endpoint are ready.
- Save feed settings.
Run a feed
Use Run now or Run once when the page shows those actions and your role allows them.
Run actions should be used carefully. A feed can create or update data depending on its import target and configuration.

Use Data load for a manual one-time file upload.
Use Company feeds when the data exchange is repeatable, scheduled, or connected to a named external source.
Security
Feed credentials are sensitive. Store only credentials intended for this company integration and rotate them if they are exposed or no longer trusted.
